Buffet Style Service vs Individually Served
Buffet: Includes self service from a common food table. Beverages are also served in a buffet style.

Served: Beverages and meal are served per course by a staff person. Each course is cleared before the proceeding course is served.

Pricing and Payment Policy
Meals are based on a minimum of 8 guests. Jeffrey’s Café Co. accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, Cheque, Cash. A 2%/month interest charge will appear on all overdue invoices.

Gratuity Policy
As a convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to your invoice. It is a charge that may be increased or decreased according to the service provided.

Ordering Guidelines
To ensure availability we encourage you to place your orders 24 hours in advance. Of course we will always try to accommodate last minute orders. Please have your address and postal code available when you place your order if you wish to be invoiced.

Allergies
Please advise us of any allergies your guests may have. We will make every effort to provide alternatives or to label food to your request.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or you will be charged 50% of the order cost. Notices of less than 12 hours will result in a full charge of the order cost.

Catering Retrievables
Jeffrey’s appreciates your cooperation regarding the return of non-disposable catering items such as plates and chafing dishes. We will send a staff person to retrieve our equipment at a scheduled time. We just ask that all leftover food is removed from the catering items and that they are given a quick rinse. Your account may be charged for any items lost or broken.
