Things to Know
What's the difference between buffet and individually served catering?
Buffet style includes self-service from a shared food table. Beverages are also served buffet-style.
Individually served meals are brought out course-by-course by our staff, with each course cleared before the next is served.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, meals are based on a minimum of 8 guests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, Cheque, and Cash. Please note: a 2% monthly interest charge applies to overdue invoices.
Is gratuity included?
A 15% gratuity is added to your invoice as a convenience. This amount can be adjusted based on the level of service provided.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!
Do you accommodate allergies?
Absolutely! Please let us know about any allergies when placing your order. We'll do our best to provide alternatives or clearly label items.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the order. Within 12 hours? Full charges apply.
What should I do with the catering equipment after the event?
Please remove leftover food and give catering items (like chafing dishes and trays) a quick rinse. We'll schedule a time to retrieve everything. Lost or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.
