Enjoy our easy to roast Prime Rib - pre-roasted to rare for quick and easy finishing to your preference, comes with red wine jus, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, brown sugar glazed carrots, Caesar salad, apple & cranberry spinach salad , fresh bread, individual pecan pie.

Our Roast & Serve gathering menus require further oven roasting time. All dishes are pre-cooked and prepared for an easy to serve meal with no prep required. 

This menu package is priced based on the minimum meat weight and an estimated guest count it will comfortably feed. All side & dessert portions will be provided for the max suggested guest count.
