Meet Mallory:

Q: What Does your job entail:

A: I am the Front of House Manager here at our Mill District location. It’s a bit of an umbrella term. I hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensure smooth operations, build customer relations, and a whole bunch of other random things in between.

Q: How long have you been with Jeffrey’s?

A: Jeffrey’s was actually my first job straight out of high school. I worked at our previous West Side Drive location for a couple years and then went to university in Calgary to get my bachelor’s degree. After receiving my degree, I moved back to GP and took on the management role here at our Mill District location. All in all, I’ve been with Jeffrey’s for close to 10 years.

Q: What is your favourite coffee drink?

A: Coffee and I are best buds! My favourite drink is a half sweet, iced caramel macchiato with 5 shots of espresso.

Q: What’s your favourite way to spend days off?
A: I love spending time outside on my days off, enjoying the sunshine and tending my flower garden….with some iced coffee of course.
